Job Summary: The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role on the Operations team by preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate service orders across all Model 1 locations. This position supports production operations and service operations by ensuring work orders are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Process service orders through the ticketing system in accordance with established internal service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure service orders reflect standard pricing and include all relevant documentation in work order release to service locations. Provide ongoing support after initial order setup, including revisions, data updates, and clear communication of job-specific requirements outlined in deal submissions. Assist with service order tracking and reporting within internal systems such as Excede, Power BI, and HubSpot. Maintain organized records and documentation to support compliance, audits, and internal reporting needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely execution of service work. Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Job Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role. 2-4 years of experience writing service or work orders. 2-4 years of experience in bus service or production. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with operations tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce). Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a manufacturing, automotive, service, logistics, supply chain, or service-based business. Familiarity with project coordination Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related Pay Range $18-$22/hr
