We offer a full range of benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, and a performance-based annual profit-sharing program.&nbsp;</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support product and process quality across manufacturing operations. &nbsp;This role is responsible for investigating quality issues, driving corrective actions, improving process capability, supporting new product launches, and helpng maintain robust quality systems and standards. &nbsp;The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing quality experience, sound technical judgement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, engineering and supplier teams to deliver consistent results.&nbsp;</p><p>A good faith estimate of the salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000 dollars annually. &nbsp;This position is exempt for purposes of overtime reporting.&nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Investigate internal and external nonconformances and drive corrective actions to effective closure</li><li>Support new product launches through APQP/PPAP activities, process readiness, and validation efforts</li><li>Monitor process capability, product quality, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Develop and implement error-proofing solutions to reduce defects and improve consistency</li><li>Analyze warranty, scrap, rework, and defect trends to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvement</li><li>Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve incoming and in-process quality performance</li><li>Lead or support audits, process reviews, control plan updates, and standard work improvements</li><li>Provide guide and direction to quality technicians and support alignment to plant quality objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.&nbsp;</li><li>4-8 years of experience in a quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or process quality role</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD &amp;T, specifications and inspections</li><li>Knowledge of measurement systems, inspection methods, and calibration processes</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement lasting corrective actions</li><li>Experience supporting corrective and preventive action processes</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams</li><li>High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;
