This position will be responsible\nfor assisting the Head and Assistant Track &amp; Field/Cross Country Coaches with\nsport specific coaching, travelling with the team, equipment inventory control,\nmeet preparation, practices, strength &amp; conditioning programs, and all\nother duties as assigned by the Head or Assistant Track &amp; Field/Cross\nCountry Coach. All activities shall be conducted within the policies and\nresource framework of the University, the Athletics Department, the Gulf South\nConference, and the NCAA. </span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">&nbsp;</span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"line-height: 107%;\">Master’s\ndegree options are: MBA, MBA emphasis in Sports Management, or Master of\nManagement.
