Employees enjoy involvement in company-sponsored activities such as BBQs, outings, and volunteer days.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a paid internship with a rate of $19.00 per hour.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the design and development of marketing collateral&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with social media ideation, design, and execution</li><li>Website updates, including adding new portfolio pages</li><li>Transfer key information to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system</li><li>Maintain organization of marketing content calendar and marketing server</li><li>Update and/or layout branded elements for office spaces</li><li>Research industry trends and background information for clients and competition</li><li>Film and edit video content</li><li>Accompany field staff for on-site photography or videography</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Current or recent graduate of an associate or bachelor’s degree program</li><li>Marketing, communications, graphic design, media production, or a related field preferred</li><li>Exposure and/or experience with graphic design, social media, website backends, content calendars, and data entry</li><li>Video editing, filming, or photography skills are a plus</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and initiative to see a task through to completion</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate in a team environment</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational capabilities</li><li>Time management skills to prioritize &nbsp;multiple deadlines</li></ul><p>Familiarity with the following programs and platforms are strongly preferred:</p><ul><li>Adobe InDesign, Canva, LinkedIn &amp; Instagram, WordPress, Microsoft Suite</li></ul><p>Experience or interest with the following is a plus:</p><ul><li>Adobe Premiere Pro, Click-Up, Deltek VantagePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Interest in engineering, environmental science, or the professional services industry as a whole</li></ul><p>A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Develop:</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with a marketing team in a professional setting</li><li>Best practice implementation of marketing processes and data management</li><li>Collateral to showcase in a design portfolio</li><li>Professional communication skills and collaboration with technical staff and firm leadership</li><li>A unique understanding of environmental and engineering projects</li><li>A new perspective on professional services marketing</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>Nobis offers competitive, paid internships and a flexible schedule.
