    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>At <strong>Boomers</strong>, under the direction of the Park Manager and Assistant Park Manager, the <strong>Shift Supervisor</strong> plans, directs, and controls all operational aspects of assigned facility in accordance with park policies and procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists the Park Manager and Assistant Park Manager in all operational functions ensuring Team supervision, cleanliness, safety, and excellent Guest relations.</li>\n <li>Directs and supervises location activities and Team Members as assigned.</li>\n <li>Visits all Guest areas regularly during shift, and tours and inspect the entire facility daily.</li>\n <li>Responsible for accuracy and safety of Company funds for assigned location.</li>\n <li>Ensures organizational quality standards are maintained for Team Members and revenue centers within the location.</li>\n <li>Maintain lines and methods of communication which provide expeditious flow of information upward, downward, and laterally throughout the organization.</li>\n <li>Role model for Team Members while promoting Boomers Core Values.</li>\n <li>Recommend, implement, and enforce Company policies for assigned areas of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of procedures used throughout the Company. Maintain appropriate control of expenses, labor hours, operating costs, and inventory within areas of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Ensure the location opens on time, operates efficiently, and closes properly.</li>\n <li>Make sure facility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and high safety standards.</li>\n <li>Maintains and update managers daily log. Records date, weather, inspection performance, problems, and other items of significance daily.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>\n <li>Supervisory experience in the Guest service industry with demonstrated ability to ensure Guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of amusement industry standards, as well as applicable health and safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of methods of establishing appropriate controls to ensure staff integrity and quality assurance.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead Team Members to achieve organizational goals.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of computers, cash register, various electronic devices, and various software.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills at keeping detailed records report and logs.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to visually assess and evaluate safety hazards in the workplace as mandated by safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to handle guest and employee complaints.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who We Are</h2>\n<p>Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms.
