***Le poste étant situé aux États-Unis, la description de poste est disponible uniquement en anglais.*** ***As this position in based in the United States, the job description is available in English only.*** ________________________________ Vendor Relationship Coordinator Hybrid work model – 4 days/week in the office Permanent/Full-Time Position Reporting to the Business Partner Relationship Manager, this role supports multiple stages of the product development lifecycle, including purchasing, invoicing, SKU creation, market research, and vendor communication. This position is responsible for creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders (POs) to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with expectations—working closely with Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values precision, accountability, and proactive communication. Roles and Responsibilities Creates, issues, and maintains all merchandise purchase orders (POs) in alignment with product development timelines, vendor production schedules, and show requirements.
