          "text": "<ul><li><strong>Pay:</strong>&#xa0; <strong>$33–$42/hr base pay</strong>&#xa0;(based on experience) <strong>+ year end bonus</strong></li><li>+ <strong>$2/hr</strong> shift differential&#xa0;for hours worked&#xa0;5pm-5am&#xa0;</li><li>💰&#xa0;Average Annual: <strong>$85K–$107K</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Shift: Monday-Thursday 5pm-5am</strong></p><p><br>\n<strong>Location</strong>: Douglassville, PA&#xa0;(Serving Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Exeter, Birdsboro, Boyertown, and surrounding areas)</p><p><strong><u>Position:</u></strong></p><p>Techo-Bloc is on the hunt for their next <strong>industrial maintenance mechanic</strong>.&#xa0; Our technicians are highly proficient in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and welding.&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Work)</u></strong></p><p>You’ll be hands-on repairing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment, including:</p><ul><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, gear boxes, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, and augers.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pressure issues, large cylinders, sensors, proportional valves, solenoids &amp; pumps</li><li>Stick welding in various positions, locations throughout the factory utilizing various types of joints</li><li>Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime</li><li>Splice, track, tension, align and replace components on conveyor systems</li><li>Replacing wear parts by disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and refurbishing or replacing components.&#xa0; i.e.- gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, bearing, etc.</li><li>Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, laser alignment tools and various other tools.</li><li>Repair, install and dismantle heavy industrial production equipment according to plans which involves working at heights, climbing ladders and using mobile equipment (cranes, forklift, scissor lift, etc.).</li><li>Document and perform all preventative maintenance tasks as required to maintain equipment dependability&#xa0;</li><li>Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, load cells, switches, contactors, motors, etc.</li><li>Reference technical documentation, electrical schematics, equipment manuals and service instructions to complete work accurately</li></ul>",
