Your mission Identification, analysis, and development of focus accounts in the healthcare sector Creation of individual customer development plans Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline Managing the entire sales cycle through to contract closure (ARR/NRR) Collaboration with partners and internal experts (e.g., Ceph Engineers) Use of frameworks such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC for structured sales execution Your profile What you should bring: Several years of experience in sales / account management in a technical environment Proven sales success and strong closing communication skills A solid network within the target industry Nice to have: Technical understanding of Open Source, Ceph, and Kubernetes Experience working with partners / resellers Knowledge of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar Your competencies: High level of ownership and self-organization Results- and solution-oriented working style Strong communication skills, team spirit, and relationship-building abilities Willingness to travel and a structured home-office workflow Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer focus Bilingual or multilingual communication skills (at least German + English) Ability to listen carefully and ask precise questions Understanding of the market, key players, use cases, and SWOT analyses Why us?
