Every major case is supported by a partner, and new associates receive dedicated guidance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Balanced Lifestyle</strong> – 1:5+ weekend call (with partners willing to share extra coverage), flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week, dedicated OR block time, and post-call days off.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Practice</strong> – We deliver 50–60 babies / month as a team and offer strong GYN services (50/50 split of OB/GYN). Services include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic procedures, hysteroscopies, colposcopies, leeps, and in-office procedures as much or as little as you prefer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Advanced Technology & Facilities</strong> –</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery available with mentorship</p></li>\n <li><p>Dedicated OR block time (two half-days weekly, with easy access to minor procedures any day)</p></li>\n <li><p>Affiliated with Singing River Health System, featuring a Level II NICU and new state-of-the-art birthing suites</p></li>\n <li><p>Walking distance between clinic and hospital</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mentorship & Partnership Potential</strong> – Collegial environment with strong support for new grads and experienced physicians alike.
