font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Master’s degree in Architecture</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Has or intends on obtaining licensing an as Architect with the OAA</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of experience in architectural design and the production of architectural drawings from Schematic Design through to Construction Administration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Very high level of skill with Revit is mandatory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in multi-unit mid-rise / high-rise residential and luxury houses required.
