In addition, they will also prepare sandwiches according to guest requests and posted menus, slice meats and cheeses, prepare rotisserie chickens, share product knowledge and promote our prepared foods while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The candidate for this position must be available to work in any of the stores in Novato, Corte Madera and Tiburon. </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>You should meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a leadership role</li>\n <li>Must have proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment</li>\n <li>Must have basic to proficient knife skills</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to learn and retain product knowledge</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>A positive attitude is essential!</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our hiring team will reach out via text or email once we’ve reviewed your application.</p>",
