Performs highly skilled duties in the general maintenance and repair activities including a wide variety of mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance and repair on various types of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, ranging from basic wall or window units and central systems to large commercial units.</span></p></td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><i><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></i></span></p>\n    <p><span>Note: The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive. Depending on assigned area of responsibility, incumbents in the position may perform one or more of the activities described below.</span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Installs, operates, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, such as, central, wall and window air conditioning units;
