All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. Will assist in overseeing both housekeeping and the front desk.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><p>The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. &nbsp;Other reasonable duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li><strong>Inspect all guest rooms to ensure that they have been properly cleaned using the point system put in place</strong></li><li><strong>Assist with cleaning rooms when necessary</strong></li><li><strong>Opening and closing housekeeping for the day. This includes creating housekeeping boards in WebRezPro and distributing rooms for the day</strong></li><li><strong>Perform room PM&rsquo;s (preventative maintenance) to create a punch list of any repairs that may need to be passed on to Facilities</strong></li><li><strong>Assisting with laundry on linen delivery/pick up days</strong></li><li><strong>Keep cart/storage rooms stocked with linen and housekeeping supplies</strong></li><li><strong>Reviewing all reservations to ensure rates are correct and that all required information has been collected from guests</strong></li><li><strong>Handle and review all payments posted in the system to ensure that guests are being charged accordingly</strong></li><li><strong>Keep proper guest/hotel records</strong></li><li><strong>Perform property walks to inspect hallways and public areas for any damage that may need to be corrected</strong></li><li><strong>Work displaced shifts or cover for call outs/PTO days</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure that all team members are following policies&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Follow all safety and security measures that are in place</strong></li><li><strong>Comply with all reasonable requests made by management</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required</strong></li><li><strong>Must be available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends</strong></li><li><strong>Must be proficient with computers.
