Responsibilities Summary The Area Manager will be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated and results driven team representing our client to facilitate the completion of specific needs of the assigned program. This position will manage and monitor daily operation, sales, and performance of districts/territories under their direct supervision. The Area Manager is responsible for geographical area comprised of districts/territories. Essential Job Functions: Develops, maintains and grows new and existing accounts within assigned district/territory Oversees the day-to-day operation across the designated district/territory, ensuring efficiency Leads, develops, and drives team performance, ensuring consistent quality to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives Recruit, hire, train and mentor leaders and other staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures Provides timely, constructive feedback to managers and teams in real-time and in alignment with the performance management process Develop and implement processes and KPI's to drive performance and continuous improvement. Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, program leaders and field team members Provides reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to successfully manage and mentor remote field teams Leadership, motivational and influencing skills Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, and honest Thorough knowledge of business policies Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and credibility Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions Action and detail oriented Agile decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment Proficient is Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to create and deliver presentations Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree 2+ years’ experience in a District Manager, management or leadership role 2+ years’ experience in industry-related field May require up to 75% travel; 2-3 weeks per month Additional Information MarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
