    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Human Resource Analyst performs various Human Resources functions involving assisting the tracking of workforce training and development for the US Army.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, and arranges meetings</p>\n<p>· Track workforce training and development.</p>\n<p>· Maintain the training tracking system, analyze training needs, and schedule training.</p>\n<p>· Track and report on acquisition certification status.</p>\n<p>· Post, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site.</p>\n<p>· Maintain awards program data and operations</p>\n<p>· Conduct database management of HR personnel sites</p>\n<p>· Handles Personally Identifiable Information (PII).</p>\n<p>· Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents, and PowerPoint presentations for recurring submissions to higher headquarters.</p>\n<p>· Maintains logs, records, archives, and/or working files.</p>\n<p>· Staff correspondence, prepare reports, and arrange meetings</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelor's Degree- with at least 1 year of HR experience</p>\n<p>· Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience, specialized in HR</p>\n<p>· Secret Clearance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000</p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guideline.
