It is an operational leadership position with broad responsibility and impact across the entire site.</p>\n<h3>Benefits Overview</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>New! </strong>Gas Allowance Stipend and Ferry Reimbursement for qualifying commuter!</li>\n <li><p>Competitive salary with annual pay range of $67,860 - $88,218</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision (for eligible employees)</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) plan with employer match to help you plan for the future</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay to support work-life balance</p></li>\n <li><p>Employee referral program with bonuses for recommending great team members</p></li>\n <li><p>Supportive team culture focused on respect, collaboration, and professional growth</p></li>\n <li><p>Opportunities for ongoing training and development</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Director of Facilities Management (Site Based)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Oversee fire safety, maintenance, and environmental services for the assigned location(s).</p></li>\n <li><p>Co-chair facility Safety Committee and participate in Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP).</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage Preventive Maintenance Plans and ensure regulatory compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Supervise Maintenance and Environmental Services staff; handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Approve payroll and manage labor budget within specified parameters.</p></li>\n <li><p>Approve purchasing requests for Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure adherence to NFPA codes, local life safety/fire codes, and environmental regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct testing and compliance for potable water systems and Cooling Tower programs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as an operational liaison for Elderwood Development projects impacting the facility.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with facility dress code and policies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support and uphold Pediatric Specialty Care’s Mission, Vision, Values, code of conduct, compliance, and HIPAA policies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Director of Facilities Management (Site Based)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in physical plant, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC systems maintenance preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Current, valid driver’s license required</p></li>\n <li><p>Basic computer skills preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Extensive knowledge of Life Safety Codes and NFPA preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
