Focused on preventing and mitigating employee injuries and illnesses, the Field Safety Technician assists field employees and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations such as OSHA, DOT, EPA, and NFPA. This role provides consistent field presence and promotes a proactive safety culture across all projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Field Safety Execution</em></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Anticipate, identify, and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and ensure compliance with company safety programs in the field.</li>\n<li>Anticipate, identify, and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices on job sites.</li>\n<li>Assist field employees and subcontractors with all aspects of safety compliance.</li>\n<li>Monitor and manage the effectiveness of implemented safety plans, hazard controls, and programs.</li>\n<li>Perform routine job walks and focused inspections, uploading documentation into Procore.</li>\n<li>Participate in daily JSA meetings and support weekly safety meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Compliance and Risk Management</em></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Perform job hazard analyses to identify risks and stop work if unacceptable safety or environmental risks exist.</li>\n<li>Assist with enforcing compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations such as OSHA, DOT, EPA, and NFPA.</li>\n<li>Participate in reporting processes for incident and accident investigations.</li>\n<li>Gather data, support investigative teams, and assist in documentation management.</li>\n<li>Carry out safety duties in accordance with company policies and support the enforcement of project-specific safety plans and expectations.</li>\n<li>Assist in program development, attend meetings, and provide proactive safety solutions to team members.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Site Inspections and Support</em></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Routinely travel to both local and remote jobsites to monitor compliance.</li>\n<li>Inspect fire-prevention equipment, first-aid supplies, and other safety devices.</li>\n<li>Inspect equipment and machinery to identify possible unsafe conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Support other safety team members in collecting information for the monthly safety newsletter.</li>\n<li>Climb scaffolds, enter confined spaces, and assess working conditions as required.</li>\n<li>Champion the monthly employee recognition program.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on safety.</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Acceptable driving record.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926/1910 and ability to apply regulations to jobsites and operations.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple project locations.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and observational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
