Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sets up dishwasher machine by reading instructions on machine or by asking supervisor for assistance. </li>\n <li> Cleans the dishwashing equipment and working area when necessary. </li>\n <li> Washes dishes: stacks dishes and runs through dish machine, scrubs pans, puts dishes away. </li>\n <li>Cleans the kitchen: sweeps and mops floors, empties trash, changes waiter in and de-limes dish machine, washes walls and baseboards, scrubs sinks, etc. </li>\n <li> Maintains cleanliness of the store room, walkways, and hallways. </li>\n <li>Stocks ice for all necessary areas and keeps it replenished throughout the day. </li>\n <li> Takes out trash and cardboard and disposes in proper dumpster. </li>\n <li>Keeps records of broken dishes and ensures glass is disposed of properly. </li>\n <li>Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Service skills with every patron and co-worker. </li>\n <li>Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff.</li>\n <li> Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li>\n <li> High School Diploma or GED equivalent  preferred; entry level position, on the job training provided. </li>\n <li>Food service experience is desirable. </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English. </li>\n <li> Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li>\n <li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li>Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n <li>Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.</li>\n <li> The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. </li>\n <li>The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
