They are the eyes and ears at our venues and ensure all league games run smoothly. We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and outgoing individuals to act as League Ambassadors for Atlanta Sport &amp; Social Club. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>League Ambassadors are responsible for: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engaging with players each and every shift to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during, and after games.</li>\n<li>Establishing a relationship with vendors, facilities, and the community to support our growing brand.</li>\n<li>Arriving at the venue location prior to game times to meet with the facility caretaker and/or venue staff.</li>\n<li>Setting up equipment for the sport that will be played that evening.</li>\n<li>Managing the venue throughout the course of the night to ensure that our players enter &amp; exit the building at the appropriate times and through the appropriate doors.</li>\n<li>Ensuring that all games start and end at the correct times.</li>\n<li>Enforcing league rules and sportsmanship to create safe play during games.</li>\n<li>Assisting with any incidents and injuries as appropriate. </li>\n<li>Cleaning up the facility and packing up all equipment at the end of the night.</li>\n<li>Submitting a shift report through our online system after each shift.</li>\n<li>Collecting and creating fun content for JAM's social media platforms (videos, action shots, player interactions etc.). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High Energy  </span></p>\n<p>Extremely upbeat and positive, with their own flair and personality! <br>Willingness to approach and chat with players and maintain this positive relationship over the course of the season. <br>You like capturing fun content around you (videos, pictures, conducting social media campaigns etc.) </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Details, Details, Details  </span></p>\n<p>Taking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy! <br>Must have incredible attention to detail and be a quick learner!  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Go Getter  </span></p>\n<p>Be confident and motivated to call on and/or meet/work/deal with players, head office staff, and facility staff. <br>Hardworking attitude. You are known for taking initiative. <br>Finding unique ways to grow Atlanta Sport &amp; Social Club's brand (new venues, players &amp; growth opportunities) </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Think Outside the Box Mentality  </span></p>\n<p>We’re not looking for mediocre and old-school here. We want someone who has fresh ideas, can work on their own without being micromanaged, and is good at developing and maintaining relationships.   </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Perfectly Seasoned  </span></p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who has past experience with planning events on every level. Someone who is able to clearly represent Atlanta Sport &amp; Social Club to prospective businesses, while adopting our laid back yet professional attitude.   </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Well Spoken &amp; Written  </span></p>\n<p>It goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway. You’ll need to have strong self-monitoring skills and strong public speaking skills. <br>You will need to be able to clearly articulate and summarize your shifts in writing through a shift report that is expected to be submitted online after each and every shift. <br>Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quick On Your Feet  </span></p>\n<p>Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful. <br>Strengths in planning, decision making, and creative problem solving. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPECTED HOURS </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our leagues run Monday to Friday from roughly 5:45 pm until 11:00pm with some Saturday and Sunday shifts available as well (shifts will vary based on game times at a given venue).</li>\n<li>We are looking for people who can work on multiple nights throughout the week after 5:00pm.</li>\n<li>Shift times are typically between 3 to 6 hours long depending on the venue.</li>\n<li>Hours will vary depending on your availability, but preferences will be given to those who are committed to working consistent shifts on multiple evenings.</li>\n<li>Responsibilities/times/locations all vary depending on your availability. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>All of our League Ambassadors earn $15 USD per hour.</li>\n<li>League Ambassadors have the opportunity to participate in all of our tournaments at no charge (please note: that to be eligible to play in a tournament for free you must have a regular shift in the current season). </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part-Time Staff League Play Credit Program</span> -  This program recognizes your commitment and rewards you with quarterly league credits once you hit key shift milestones that can be used towards JAM league play. \n<ul>\n<li>After 25 Shifts Completed - $100 credit</li>\n<li>After 50 Shifts Completed - $150 credit</li>\n<li>After 100 Shifts Completed - $200 credit</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked.
