At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Asset Manager III will be responsible to work with a set of company customers to review energy usage and strategies in order to implement the best practices. This will include directly managing the O&M of the CEP for the campus and working with and mentoring the owner's staff on the O & M and energy usage of multiple facilities as part of a greater campus effort.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviewing of energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and to provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current operations.</li>\n <li>Mentoring the owner on energy strategies.</li>\n <li>Managing the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.</li>\n <li>Managing the Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.</li>\n <li>Working with the operators to ensure the plant operates efficiently.</li>\n <li>Performing on-going training of the Plant Operators.</li>\n <li>Developing and maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.</li>\n <li>Assisting the EPC team with the coordination of engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations.</li>\n <li>Coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with remote support services team.</li>\n <li>Responsible for managing a single team or multiple teams consisting of one or more Asset Managers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of experience in one of the following: Managing multiple sites and/or multiple Assistant Asset Manager(s)/Asset Manager I/II(s) and/or size/complexity of single site, or 4+ years of management experience in a central plant or facility, or 4+ years of experience in mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant.</li>\n <li>Well versed in building codes and associated standards.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n <li>#LI-OL1</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>4 year Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited Program).</li>\n <li>PE preferred or FE and working towards obtaining PE.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>10-25% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $95,000.00 - USD $141,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
