    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Overview</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">AFW takes pride in ensuring all AFW vehicles and property are maintained and cleaned for our employees and customers. AFW is looking for a Garage Assistant who can clean all AFW vehicles, trailers, fuel islands, curbs, sidewalks, stairways, man doors, and any other type of equipment or property as asked by the AFW management team. The Garage Assistant will operate a power sprayer and safely mix and use AFW approved chemicals to perform all cleaning duties. This individual will also assist with any other tasks, as assigned by the AFW management team</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><i>Typical duties include but are not limited to:</i></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and the ability to promote safety awareness.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Power wash AFW property including but not limited to curbs, sidewalks, stairways, man doors, and dock doors.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Drive and operate vehicles under 15 mph in and around the warehouse, storage lot, and staging area.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Wash our truck fleet by hand washing and power washing</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Clean and maintain the fuel island, diesel exhaust fluid tank (DEF Tank), and any other equipment and or property as requested by the AFW management team.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Maintain high levels of safety, quality, and housekeeping while achieving productivity standards established.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Inspect the fleet and report any possible damage or vehicles needing maintenance to the AFW management team.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Initiative to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment for an extended period of time.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and ability to promote awareness.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Other duties to be assigned/directed by supervisor.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>All training will be provided by AFW.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><i><strong>This position has no supervisory responsibilities</strong></i></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the ability to safely use personal protective equipment (PPE).</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with 2 or less moving violations within the past 3 years.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Ability to safely handle and mix AFW approved cleaning chemicals.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Safely operate an industrial power washer and company vehicles.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments to continuously improve processes, maximize efficiency and exceed expectations.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext; line-height: normal;\"><span>Ability to have a flexible schedule and work all shifts, holidays, and weekends.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: windowtext;
