Associates will load merchandise into vehicles for the customer in a safe and efficient manner, and any other tasks as asked by the AFW management team.&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal Customer Load Out Associate develops strategies to improve customer service,&nbsp;adheres to quality expectations and standards, and&nbsp;has excellent attention to detail. &nbsp;If you are eager to help our customers and make a difference, then AFW is looking for you!</p><p>Hourly, Full-Time Position</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><i>Typical duties include but are not limited to:</i></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Commitment to AFW’s safety policies and procedures and ability to promote safety awareness.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Greet customers promptly and professionally.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Wrap, load, and secure merchandise into the customer’s vehicle without damaging the merchandise or the vehicle.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Confirm that customer receives correct merchandise.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Inspect AFW rental vehicles and fill out the appropriate paperwork.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Uncrate and re-create merchandise for inspection when requested.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Identifying and reading reports, tickets, and UPC labels.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Efficiently work independently of direct supervision.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ensure department, walking lanes, and nearby areas are clean and professional.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ensuring your safety and the safety of all others at all times.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Adhere to the AFW asset protection policies and identify and prevent fraud.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Abide by all company policies and procedures.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">All other duties assigned by the Customer Pick Up Manager as directed.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">All training provided by AFW.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Previous warehouse experience preferred.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ability to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ability to be trained on the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Able to have a flexible schedule and work all shifts, holidays, and weekends.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Have a strong independent work ethic.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Excellent organizational skill and the ability to demonstrate attention to detail, and accuracy.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions accurately.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on AFW’s success</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Knowledge of the correct lifting/team lifting techniques, and the ability to perform the correct lifting/team lifting techniques.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Certificates &amp;
