The position plays a critical role in optimizing resource utilization, ensuring equipment readiness, and supporting seamless collaboration between operations, maintenance, and project teams.\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion safety as the top priority in all planning and scheduling activities</li>\n <li>Participate in planning sessions with core and cross-functional work teams</li>\n <li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine maintenance activities</li>\n <li>Collaborate with planners and stakeholders to develop schedules, cost estimates, and equipment plans, particularly for turnaround events</li>\n <li>Develop detailed job plans, including labor, materials, tools, and timelines</li>\n <li>Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment readiness, permitting, and execution alignment</li>\n <li>Identify and manage critical and sub-critical path activities for maintenance and turnaround events</li>\n <li>Monitor schedules and proactively resolve issues such as resource constraints, negative float, and out-of-sequence tasks</li>\n <li>Support procurement and contracting strategies; ensure alignment with project execution plans</li>\n <li>Plan and track Field Order Changes (FCOs) and adjust schedules accordingly</li>\n <li>Apply planning and scheduling logic, including milestones, dependencies, leads, and lags</li>\n <li>Provide guidance to field execution teams on look-ahead schedules to ensure timely work progression</li>\n <li>Assess risks and contingencies and coordinate mitigation actions across teams</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with business processes and controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline), OR equivalent professional experience</li>\n <li>Previous experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a closely related role</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)</li>\n <li>Experience with planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Primavera, MS Project, or similar)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, planning processes, and resource coordination</li>\n <li>Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
