    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><br><strong>DEPARTMENT:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Anodic (Anodizing)</p><p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Operator Level 1</p><p><strong>REPORTS TO: &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Department Manager with direction from Team Captain</p><p><strong>SHIFT DAYS /HOURS:&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;Monday through Thursday<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6 pm – 6 am.</p><p><strong>STARTING WAGE: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>$17/hr.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Anodic team. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Responsible For:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and process aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in monitoring tank liquid levels.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor material placement prior to beginning anodizing process to prevent material damage or waste.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions</p><p><strong>Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to push and/or pull heavy loads<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Heavy lifting (up to 50-75 lbs.) overhead repeatedly during the shift<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain excellent attendance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work with little to no supervision<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Able to work overtime, as needed</p><p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High School Diploma/GED preferred<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pass company background and drug screening</p><p><strong>What You’ll Love About Us:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Medical, Dental, Life Insurance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Matched 401k<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Paid Vacation&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
