Description Job Title Business Unit Department Reports To Customer fulfillments employee Chore-Time Ede Backoffice bureau Plant manager - Europe Ede BU Location BU Acceptance Approved By: Date Approved Ede, Netherlands Overall Purpose: Why the Job Exists & What You Will Do: Within the operations of Chore-time Ede, the role of customer fulfilment employee is essential to optimally execute the core activities of the organization. This includes the entire administrative process from purchasing to delivery and everything logically related to it. In addition, this function is the hub of all commercial back-office activities. A customer fulfillment employee is the specialist within an organization responsible for handling all the necessary administrative tasks associated with the entire purchase order process. You generate purchase orders, both internally and externally, you follow them up, you continuously monitor the process and make adjustments. You take care of billing and the proper handling of orders and incoming requests. You work closely with your colleagues from the department and constantly communicate with those involved to ensure a smooth process. Additionally, you are in contact with customers to coordinate their spare part orders and projects, you create quotes and follow them up. You work closely within the organization with the departments involved, such as sales, customer fulfillment, operations, production, warehouse and finance. Direct contact with customers regarding small and spare part orders is an important part of your role, along with continuous coordination with the customer about these orders and any problems that arise. Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes: Your Accountabilities in the Role A: Essential Job Functions Checks the submitted request Processes the entered (purchasing) orders Consults with other departments about delivery time, prices and transport. Process the purchase orders from Chore-Time Ede where necessary as sales and production orders in the system of Spirado Maintains the relationship with existing suppliers. Communication with the customer for spare part orders. Make necessary purchasing orders for small and spare part orders. Requests offer from suppliers. Discusses the request with the calculator/sales Follows up on quotations/offers Tracks (purchasing) orders. Monitors the purchasing process. Processes the orders administratively in ERP system Check on cost price/purchase price on previously executed orders Participate in the team meeting Ensures that (purchasing) orders are delivered to the supplier on time Monitors the procurement process with the supplier. Identifies deviations and risks and presents them to the supervisor The job criteria may include other duties, responsibilities and activities, which may change or be assigned at any item with or without notice. Position Requirements: Education required for the position of MBO level 4, AD or HBO with additional courses Experience; at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position. Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus but not a must. Working in a medium-sized organization within a large corporate holding company must be a good fit. A high degree of flexibility and the ability to work multidisciplinary are important. Functional Skills: Functional Skills: Awareness and understanding of all processes within a production/sales environment. Ability to work accurately and meticulously, independently plan tasks based on priorities. Proactive attitude towards potential issues that may arise. Implementation of solutions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Management of supplier relationships. Encouraging continuous improvement. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively manage various priorities/deadlines with large amounts of data. Technology Attitude/Skills: Exact Globe ERP experience a plus; intermediate skills in Microsoft Word/Excel and Showcase & Reports Writing knowledge would also be prefered. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication required in Dutch and Englisch, German prefered. Leadership/Behaviors: E. behaviors: Collaborating with the ability to motivate and influence others; high customer orientation to provide exceptional customer support both internally and externally. Data-driven with a strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs and the planning goals of the business unit.
