Monitoring active shipments and stepping in fast when something goes wrong. Building relationships with carriers so you are the person they call back first. Hitting daily activity targets. Volume is how you get better and how you earn more. Who Thrives Here This role rewards a specific kind of person. Not the most scripted, not the most credentialed. The most determined. You do not get rattled when a carrier falls through at 4pm. You are competitive. You want to know where you rank on the board. You can build trust with a stranger in the first 30 seconds of a call. You are not looking for an easy job. You are looking for a job worth doing. You want to be in the building, around people who work as hard as you do. What You Can Earn Base salary ($50k) plus uncapped commission. Your income is directly tied to your effort and your results. Reps who put in the work and build their book of carriers earn significantly more than their base within the first year. Top performers can earn six figures within 24 months. Experience and Qualifications A logistics or freight background helps, but it is not required. What matters more: Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer facing role. Comfort with rejection. This is a numbers game, and you have to be okay with that. A history of meeting or exceeding goals, whatever field they came from. A degree in business or supply chain is a plus, not a requirement. Training and Growth Nobody walks in on day one knowing how to move freight. You will get structured training, a clear ramp period, and coaching from people who have done this job themselves. The BlueShip platform gives you the tools to do the work. The rest is up to you.
