Introducing Moonlake, AI for creating world simulations. About Moonlake Moonlake is building the frontier of interactive world models: systems that generate, simulate, and reason over 3D environments for embodied AI, robotics and gaming. We develop the simulation infrastructure to build worlds (e.g., assets, scenes, digital twins) at scale. Our mission is to enable anyone to create, simulate, and interact with rich environments using natural language and multimodal inputs, turning simple ideas into worlds with structure, logic, and agents that can perceive and act. Our team has raised $28M in seed funding from NVIDIA Ventures, Threshold Ventures, AIX ventures and notable angels including Naval Ravikant and Jeff Dean to build the foundational layer for the future of AI - powering everything from creative tools and games to robotics training, simulations, and digital twins. Our goal is to make building and experimenting with these environments as accessible and scalable as publishing video on the internet. We are looking for exceptional research engineers and applied researchers to help push the frontier of interactive AI. The Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help deploy Moonlake’s simulation and embodied AI systems into real-world robotics workflows and customer environments. This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role focused on: robotics simulation deployment environment integration technical implementation rapid iteration with customers and partners You’ll work directly with: robotics companies research teams simulation environments embodied AI workflows deployment pipelines This role is critical to helping Moonlake bridge frontier world-model systems with real-world robotics use cases. What You’ll Do Deploy and integrate Moonlake’s simulation and embodied AI systems into customer workflows Work directly with robotics partners and technical users Build robotics simulation pipelines and evaluation environments Support deployment, debugging, and integration efforts across simulation stacks Collaborate closely with research and infrastructure teams Prototype workflows and tools for robotics simulation and embodied agent evaluation Help define best practices for deploying interactive world-model systems into robotics environments Translate customer needs into technical product and infrastructure improvements What We’re Looking For Strong robotics or simulation engineering background Experience with: Isaac Sim MuJoCo robotics simulation environments Strong systems and engineering fundamentals Comfort working directly with customers and external technical teams Ability to debug complex technical systems quickly Experience working with embodied AI or RL workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments Bonus Points Experience with embodied AI systems RL training infrastructure Interactive 3D environments World models or multimodal systems Synthetic data generation pipelines GPU infrastructure or simulation optimization Game engine or graphics experience Why This Role Matters Moonlake’s systems become dramatically more valuable when they integrate seamlessly into real-world robotics and embodied AI workflows. You’ll help: deploy frontier simulation systems, shape customer adoption, improve robotics workflows, and define how interactive world models are used in practice.
