Description

Position Objective This is a high-impact regional marketing role, working in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Director, AMENA to lead brand strategy and execution for Skincare and Feminine care portfolio across the AMENA region with particular focus on Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The role includes identifying  and evaluating portfolio gaps and developing launch strategies and plans, and to specifically drive digital marketing strategy and ensure executional optimisation for the assigned brands. Additionally, this role will support the improvement of in-market digital and eCommerce capabilities through the sharing of best practice and training programs across the AMENA region. Key Responsibilities Deliver financial targets including gross sales and EBITA  for the assigned brands  for the Skin care and Feminine care portfolio   across  the  A MENA   region. Support the development and execution of brand plans to meet the growth and financial targets for the signed portfolio. Ensure a consumer centric mindset is at the forefront of all brand activity, with the identification and development of compelling consumer insights Lead the regional digital marketing strategy, execution and evaluation with the intent to optimise brand assets and performance. Leverage appropriate platform analytics to evaluate and validate digital marketing performance. Champion adoption of AI-powered tools across marketing workflows — from content creation and trend analysis to performance optimisation and reporting. Partner with cross-functional groups to ensure that there is consistency of professional business strategies and regulatory compliance of all advertising and promotional materials Lead, direct and control marketing policies, programs and activities ensuring that they comply with marketing codes, regulations and standards to protect the company’s reputation. Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjusting marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Identify and evaluate portfolio gaps and comply with the iGate process requirements. This  includes supporting the evaluation and analysis of global/regional NPD initiatives. Develop launch strategies as appropriate. Lead best practice learnings and training programs to improve in-market digital and eCommerce capabilities Position Requirements Knowledge and Skills A recognised university degree and/or Masters/MBA qualification . 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare (OTC/ Cosmetics) with at least 3+ yrs in a regional or multi-market role. Hands on experience with Skincare and/or Feminine Hygiene brands is strongly preferred – familiarity with category dynamics, regulatory sensitivities, and consumer intimacy in these segments is a meaningful differentiator. A strong consumer centric mindset with proven success in brand  management  and  development Strong brand adve rtising and promotion experience , specifically experience d  in Digital marketing  and eCommerce  strategy,  execution  and evaluation . Experience with Google analytics would be beneficial. A strategic thinker  with financial acumen  who  is able to  contribute effectively  to brand planning and budgeting A team player with proven ability to develop effective relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including experience with Microsoft presentations Strong analytical skills to support the identification and development of growth opportunities and optimisation of brand strategies Personal Attributes A team player who  is  able  to  influence and work well with all stakeholders  across  different cultures A self-starter who is  flexible and  willing to roll up his/her sleeves  to get the job done Pragmatic , creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity Ability to multi-task ,  work independently  with attention to detail Strategic  agility  and analytical  thinking,  with  numerical reasoning Strongly results oriented with a demonstrable record of success Excellent interpersonal and communication skills When faced with a problem, finds constructive solutions Acts with integrity and is trustworthy
