The platform has strong strategic value to Caava Group through insurer and agent<br>connectivity, workflow automation opportunities, transaction processing, and long-term ecosystem growth.</p>\n<p><br>The Product &amp; Engineering Delivery Lead will help stabilise and organise day-to-day product and engineering execution while improving customer trust,<br>delivery predictability, and operational discipline.</p>\n<p><br>This role is intentionally execution-heavy and operational. We are looking for someone who can bring order to execution, improve release and delivery<br>discipline, coordinate effectively across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Commercial teams, and operate calmly under pressure in a live<br>production environment.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 73, 115)\">This is not a strategy-only or executive-layer management role.</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 73, 115)\">The immediate mandate is: Stabilise. Execute. Restore confidence.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 73, 115); font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span><br>1. Stabilise Production &amp; Reduce Repeat Issues<br>• Track recurring production, integration, and support issues<br>• Identify the top operational trust-breakers affecting agents, insurers, and internal teams<br>• Improve incident response, escalation handling, and follow-through<br>• Ensure production issues are logged, owned, prioritised, and closed<br>• Improve visibility into weekly production health</p>\n<p><br>2. Drive Product &amp; Engineering Execution<br>• Maintain a clear product-engineering workplan<br>• Translate business priorities into sprint and release plans<br>• Improve sprint discipline, delivery visibility, and accountability<br>• Remove blockers across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Operations<br>• Keep roadmap commitments realistic and current<br>• Assess urgent requests against stability, capacity, and business value</p>\n<p><br>3. Improve Release Discipline<br>• Establish release readiness checklists and operational discipline<br>• Ensure releases have QA review, rollback thinking, monitoring enabled, and support readiness<br>• Work with the CTO organisation on release gates and platform expectations<br>• Reduce surprise failures after release<br>• Balance speed and stability appropriately</p>\n<p><br>4. Improve Partner Integration Reliability<br>• Track transaction success and failure patterns by insurer and workflow<br>• Work with Engineering and Support to identify root causes<br>• Separate Agencify-side issues from insurer-side or third-party failures<br>• Improve monitoring and escalation paths<br>• Support clear communication during incidents and escalations</p>\n<p><br>5.
