This role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to quality. The hourly pay range for this role is $27.00 to $38.00 per hour and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up CNC lathes and Milling machines, and other machine equipment to produce precision mouthpieces. </li>\n <li>Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to fabricate mouthpieces accurately. </li>\n <li>Utilize CAM programming (Mastercam) for CNC machines when necessary. </li>\n <li>Employ precision measuring instruments, such as bore gauges, micrometers and calipers, to verify dimensions of finished products. </li>\n <li>Maintain tooling and equipment in optimal working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed. </li>\n <li>Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience as a CNC lathe and Milling machinist with proficiency in setting up milling machines and lathes. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with CNC operations setup and operations is mandatory. </li>\n <li>Experience with CAM programming (Mastercam) is a plus. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments including bore gauges and micrometer. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of tooling techniques and materials used in machining processes. </li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. </li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. </li>\n <li>Job Knowledge - Competent in required job skills and knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills; keeps abreast of current developments; requires minimal supervision; displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively.</li>\n <li>Use of Technology - Demonstrates required skills; adapts to new technologies; troubleshoots technological problems; uses technology to increase productivity; keeps technical skills up to date.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Cooperation - Exhibits tact and consideration; offers assistance and support to co-workers.</li>\n <li>Oral Communication - Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.</li>\n <li>Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; gives and welcomes feedback.</li>\n <li>Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
