You will closely monitor daily production output to ensure that quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong collaboration with a diverse production team working across various shifts. You will set goals, provide motivation, and assist employees in efficiently completing their tasks.  </p><p> <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide leadership and direction to the production team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor production output and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and efficiency.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Foster a positive work environment by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing team members' contributions.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to address production-related issues and drive continuous improvement.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Train and develop production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.  </p></li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong>   </p><p>Physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
