Overview Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (DOE)- LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAMFT, LAC Schedule: Monday- Friday Location: 7 Regent St, Suite 701, Livingston, NJ 07039 (On-Site) We're looking for a passionate Therapist to create joy and heal generations at Embark Behavioral Health's IOP/PHP program in Livingston, NJ ! Enjoy small caseloads, shortened Fridays, and unleash your clinical creativity in a supportive, innovative environment. Plus, we offer supervision hours if needed to LSWs & LACs! Join us in reducing adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide rates while working with a collaborative, growth-oriented team.Ready to make an impact and grow with us? Let’s talk! Responsibilities Manage a small, intentional caseload to ensure deeply personalized, high-quality clinical care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and parent coaching. Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change. Create comprehensive discharge plans and review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain clinical compliance with timely, accurate documentation and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards. Deliver a client‑centered, culturally competent therapeutic experience , tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each adolescent and family system. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy , or a related behavioral health field. Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following: Associate/Provisional Licenses: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT Fully Licensed Clinicians: LCSW‑C, LCPC, LCMFT Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in an IOP, PHP, or residential treatment setting. Background using relational, experiential, systemic, or trauma‑informed models (e.g., DBT, CBT, ACT, family systems therapy). A passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding. Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.
