Let’s talk!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Manage a small, intentional caseload </strong>to ensure deeply personalized, high-quality clinical care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and parent coaching.</li>\n <li><p><strong>Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy</strong> using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Create comprehensive discharge plans</strong> and review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Maintain clinical compliance</strong> with timely, accurate documentation and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Deliver a client‑centered, culturally competent therapeutic experience</strong>, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each adolescent and family system.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in <strong>Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy</strong>, or a related behavioral health field.</li>\n <li>Active <strong>Maryland licensure</strong> or eligibility for one of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Associate/Provisional Licenses:</strong> LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT</li>\n   <li><strong>Fully Licensed Clinicians:</strong> LCSW‑C, LCPC, LCMFT</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>1+ year of experience</strong> in an IOP, PHP, or residential treatment setting.</li>\n <li>Background using <strong>relational, experiential, systemic, or trauma‑informed models</strong> (e.g., DBT, CBT, ACT, family systems therapy).</li>\n <li>A passion for <strong>working with adolescents, young adults, and families</strong> navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.</li>\n <li>Willingness to obtain a <strong>CAQH profile</strong> and <strong>NPI</strong> during onboarding.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
