We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<b>YOU&nbsp;</b>to join our team!</p>\n<p><b>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</b>Responsible for conducting direct recruitment activities, and interfacing&nbsp;with other outreach contractors in compliance with government and management directives.</p>\n<p><b>Essential functions:</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking; develop linkages with referral sources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations and churches; participate in center tours; contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Arrange for reception of candidates upon acceptance to the program.</li>\n <li>Follow-up on student progress, e.g., length of stay and separation.</li>\n <li>Prepare, schedule and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area; provide outreach&nbsp;presentations in support of the regional outreach efforts.</li>\n <li>Maintain accountability logs of organizations contacted, individuals contacted, referrals to screening&nbsp;agencies and subsequent enrollments.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field; or an associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field and two years related experience required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience may include successful Job Corps outreach and admissions experience or successful outreach and admissions&nbsp;<br>\n   experience with other youth development programs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Why:</b> Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
