This position supports the Service Manager and Property Manager as needed to ensure the physical aspects of the assigned properties meet Mission Rock’s established standards and any applicable laws.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your day-to-day may include:</strong></p><p>· Ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally</p><p>· Responsible for the complete preparation of vacant units for occupancy (unit turn/make-ready), in accordance with Company standards and within specified timeframe</p><p>· Assist with diagnosing problems and repairs for the property, which may include such areas as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances</p><p>· Assist with the vendor bidding process, and schedule and communicate with vendors and contractors, as needed</p><p>· Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed</p>",
