You will be responsible for managing a team, supervising daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service while making sure company objectives are achieved.</p><p><strong>You will be responsible for, among other things:</strong></p><ul><li>Being actively present in the field to supervise and participate in operations in an environment that may be outdoors, physically demanding, and dirty at times;</li><li>Promoting a safe and welcoming workplace;</li><li>Enforcing environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures;</li><li>Assisting the Branch Manager during monthly Health &amp; Safety audits;</li><li>Supervising daily operations such as scheduling, and ensuring sales and production targets are met;</li><li>Supporting employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives on the ground;</li><li>Assisting the Branch Manager with employee communications;</li><li>Working collaboratively with various partners to ensure business processes are followed and applied effectively;</li><li>Conducting quarterly evaluations for hourly employees alongside the Branch Manager;</li><li>Completing various administrative tasks (cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, etc.);</li><li>Supporting the Branch Manager in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees;</li><li>Acting as an ambassador during organizational changes and playing an active role in implementing them within your branch.</li></ul>",
