    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The MBA Intern supports strategic business initiatives that impact operational performance, growth, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This role provides exposure to executive-level decision making and cross-functional leadership within a manufacturing and operations environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The intern will work closely with senior leadership to support enterprise initiatives aligned with company strategy and will work on high-priority projects involving business analysis, operational improvement, financial evaluation, or organizational strategy while collaborating with leaders across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and human resources.</p>\n<p>Interns will present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership at the conclusion of the internship.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct business analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.</li>\n <li>Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Support cross-functional projects involving operations, supply chain, engineering, or corporate functions.</li>\n <li>Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership.</li>\n <li>Assist with project planning, implementation, and tracking of key initiatives.</li>\n <li>Perform market, competitive, or industry research as needed.</li>\n <li>Support process improvement or organizational effectiveness initiatives.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive project outcomes.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently enrolled in an MBA program (full-time or part-time).</li>\n <li>Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior professional work experience preferred (2–5 years typical).</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, data science, problem-solving, decision-making skills.</li>\n <li>Effective communication and presentation abilities.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and data analytics software required.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT GREAT DANE </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With a history dating back to 1900, Great Dane has established itself as a transportation solutions leader of today – delivering innovative products and exceptional services that help our customers and employees succeed.
