Please go to this link for more information on our benefits: <a href=\"https://afsifilters.com/opportunities/\" target=\"_blank\">https://afsifilters.com/opportunities/</a></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary</strong>: Plans and conducts reliability testing activities for industrial processes, materials, and products to support production and new product introduction objectives.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong>: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for reliability testing and reliability testing equipment to support production verification and new product validation objectives.<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Develops, revises, and executes a testing schedule to complete testing objectives.</li><li>Using standard tests, evaluates materials and processes for compliance with established requirements.</li><li>Proactively assesses and maintains equipment for standard testing.</li><li>Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods to evaluate trends and nonconformances in reliability test results.</li></ol></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Documents and reports data consistent with company policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications for documenting and reporting reliability testing data. Must gain proficiency in additional applications for specific job functions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and recommends process improvements to plant leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.</li></ol></div><ol start=\"6\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Escalates equipment, quality, and safety issues to Shift Supervisors and other AFSI personnel as appropriate.&nbsp;</li></ol><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol start=\"7\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;Works in a safe manner and is mindful of the safety of others, following all safety policies and procedures.
