This is a role for someone who:
Can confidently lead property operations, leasing, compliance, and resident relations
Knows how to motivate teams and keep communities running smoothly
Takes pride in delivering excellent service to residents and staff
Can balance budgets, occupancy goals, and compliance requirements effectively
Is ready to trade constant chaos for stability, leadership, and purpose
Technical Abilities
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Rent Café, or similar).
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Mobile applications for inspections, work orders, and communication.
Document management tools (PDF, scanning, electronic signatures).
Ability to generate reports and manage digital workflows.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field OR equivalent experience in property management or administrative roles.
Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, RD, etc.) preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, operations, or compliance preferred.
Certifications such as CAM, CPM, or Fair Housing are beneficial but not required.
