Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Mobile applications for inspections, work orders, and communication. Document management tools (PDF, scanning, electronic signatures). Ability to generate reports and manage digital workflows. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field OR equivalent experience in property management or administrative roles. Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, RD, etc.) preferred. Demonstrated experience in customer service, operations, or compliance preferred. Certifications such as CAM, CPM, or Fair Housing are beneficial but not required. And the difference you’ll feel right away?
