Headguards are responsible for providing and ensuring excellent Guest Service. Headguards direct and oversee the operational activities of team members assigned to their location. Headguards develop, motivate, and coach assigned team members. Communication of attraction rules, safety rules, crowd control, scanning and maintaining a 10-20, rescue readiness, and first aid are all basic daily functions. Headguards work outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks.",
