They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What FGF Offers</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>FGF believes in Home Grown Talent, accelerated career growth with leadership training, unleashing your potential  </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits including Vision & Dental and flexible options at competitive premiums  </li>\n <li>401k matching program </li>\n <li>Discount program - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. </li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead by example and foster an environment of mutual respect and teamwork</li>\n <li>Follow and enforce Company standards, at all times, to ensure a safe working environment is maintained</li>\n <li>Check throughout shift to ensure that methods are meeting quality, safety, and environment standards</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide feedback for Team Members</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members on one or more production lines</li>\n <li>Ensure production schedules are met and problems are worked out</li>\n <li>Coordinate the various department schedules, products, and manpower to ensure production runs smoothly</li>\n <li>Assist in testing of new equipment, methods and or products</li>\n <li>Trouble shoot issues with processes and equipment</li>\n <li>Utilize the OMS system to help achieve production targets</li>\n <li>Provide input on staffing levels and participate in sourcing and interviewing candidates</li>\n <li>Complete Performance Evaluations, with constructive feedback, for Team Members</li>\n <li>Act as backup to Shift Leader when necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment critical (food / bakery experience is desirable)</li>\n <li>Must be a demonstrated leader and motivator</li>\n <li>Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and mathematical abilities</li>\n <li>Able to manage stress and personnel issues</li>\n <li>Trustworthy and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Must be a creative problem solver (think outside the box)</li>\n <li>Flexible to workdays, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed</li>\n <li>Must have working knowledge of GMP's, HACCP & O.H.S.A</li>\n <li>Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Post-secondary education is an asset</li>\n <li>Flexible to workdays, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
