You will engage with customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements, energy conservation, and the benefits we offer. You will generate leads for free, in-home consultations or promote home performance tune-ups. We'll equip you with the necessary training. This is an excellent opportunity to get into the sales and trades industry and grow your career!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$20.00 - 22.00 per hour PLUS commission pay</li>\n <li>Average hourly earnings of $20-30/hr after commissions</li>\n <li>Weekly pay via direct deposit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Elk Grow, CA</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Thursday through Sunday shifts</li>\n <li>Part-time - hours may vary but typically are between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm</li>\n <li>Weekly in-office meetings are required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What do you need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a retail environment</li>\n <li>Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers</li>\n <li>Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate</li>\n <li>Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals</li>\n <li>Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours.
