Since the bar features fresh-squeezed juices and home-made ingredients, the ability and desire juice and make ingredients daily is a must.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Welcome and greet customers with a pleasant demeanor.</li><li>Listen to guests to determine beverage preferences and make recommendations.</li><li>Take and memorize customer orders and deliver them in a timely fashion.</li><li>Be extremely knowledgeable of menu offerings and inform customers about new beverages and specials.</li><li>Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.</li><li>Help track inventory to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.</li><li>Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.</li><li>Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balance the cash register.</li><li>Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.</li></ul>",
