This position breaks down equipment and replaces, adjusts or repairs parts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><em>To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops standard maintenance programs to be incorporated into operating manuals for customers</li>\n <li>Assists in identifying and resolving recurrent failures</li>\n <li>Supports root cause analysis program for major failures</li>\n <li>Maintains and repairs lift table and lift jacks</li>\n <li>Keeps machinery and production equipment in working condition and always ready for production, including forklift fleet and the service agreements on larger forklift repairs.</li>\n <li>Diagnoses and repairs issues with welding machines, trucks, and golf carts</li>\n <li>Maintains adequate supply of parts to service and maintain equipment, and keeps detailed records for reporting of maintenance performed and parts used.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><em>The following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n <li>Ability to read blueprints and schematics.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with tools such as a welder, cutting torch, grinder, lathe, mill, drill, and meter</li>\n <li>1+ year of experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years experience in mechanical maintenance field</li>\n <li>1+ years of Welding Experience</li>\n <li>1+ years of Fabrication Experience.</li>\n <li>Experience working and understanding OSHA regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p><em>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
