For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.  </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend key meetings and design reviews to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners </li>\n <li>Participate in site walks with GC, Cost Manager and client PM, assessing progress and identifying potential cost impacts </li>\n <li>Effectively consolidate data to prepare detailed estimates, and ad-hoc cost reports and analyses </li>\n <li>Maintain the project change management logs, with detail focus and accuracy </li>\n <li>Partner with the extended Cost Management team to complete complex client tasks </li>\n <li>Monitor the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction discipline </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines </li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun </li>\n <li>Are chartered or are on the path to complete it.
