      "value": "<ul><li>A completed bachelor's degree and currently pursuing a master's degree, ideally in one of the following fields of study: industrial engineering, energy/process or environmental engineering, natural sciences, renewable energies, economics, political science, data science, international policy or other relevant fields of study (enrolled at least for the next 12 months);</li><li>Pronounced interest in analytical issues; </li><li>Interest in climate policy, the decarbonisation of industries, relevant macroeconomic effects and structural change;</li><li>Initial work experience (e.g. in the context of internships) is an advantage;</li><li>Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and in a manner appropriate to the target group;</li><li>Confident handling of qualitative and quantitative data;</li><li>Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail;</li><li>Confident user knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word; </li><li>Very good English language skills, other languages are an asset;</li><li>A high degree of initiative and motivation, very good communication and teamwork skills, and interest in working in inter- and transdisciplinary groups.</li></ul>"
