Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2 to join our DATA AND ANALYTICS ENG team. This role is located in Pune</p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Design, support, and evolve <strong>automation across CI/CD pipelines</strong> using Jenkins, particularly for deployments, upgrades, and operational workflows.</li><li>Apply <strong>AI‑assisted diagnostics</strong> to accelerate incident investigation, log analysis, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Identify manual or repetitive operational tasks and help <strong>automate, standardize, or simplify</strong> them.</li><li>Improve the quality and usability of <strong>runbooks and SOPs</strong>, leveraging <strong>bank‑approved AI tools</strong> to scale documentation and knowledge sharing</li><li>Provide <strong>16×7 production support</strong> for Data &amp; Analytics platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.</li><li>Act as the <strong>first point of contact</strong> for production incidents, alerts, and service requests.</li><li>Perform <strong>initial triage, impact analysis, and first‑level troubleshooting</strong>, with a strong focus on fast stabilization and long‑term prevention.</li><li>Execute production activities including <strong>application upgrades, go‑live cutovers, and disaster recovery (DR) testing</strong>.</li><li>Partner with Engineering, Product, DBA, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams, delivering <strong>clear diagnostics, evidence, and effective escalation</strong>.</li><li>Drive <strong>SLA compliance</strong> and structured incident handling, participating in post‑incident RCA to reduce repeat issues.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Application Support</li><li>Expertise in Linux/Unix based application &amp; Jenkins</li><li>Hands‑on experience or strong practical exposure to <strong>CI/CD automation</strong>, particularly with Jenkins.</li><li><span>Exposure to&nbsp;<strong>AI‑assisted developer or operational tools</strong>&nbsp;(e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code).</span></li><li>Comfortable working with <strong>GitHub or GitLab</strong> for code, automation, or documentation.</li><li>Strong interest in <strong>automation, productivity tooling, and modern operational practices</strong>.</li><li>Understanding in SQL commands &amp; basic shell scripting.
