We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering outstanding results.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities Include</strong></h3><ul><li>Complete bathroom remodels—often in a single day—using carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills</li><li>Follow installation standards and procedures to ensure quality workmanship</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers at all times</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of the customer’s home</li><li>Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their new installation</li><li>Complete required paperwork and submit job photos</li><li>Stock and maintain company vehicle with tools and materials</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home renovation experience</li><li>Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)</li><li>High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus</li><li>Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)</li><li>Ability to lift up to 100 lbs</li><li>Must carry a $1M general liability insurance policy</li></ul><h3><strong>Ready to Join Our Team?</strong></h3><p>If you're ready to take your career to the next level with a growing company that values quality craftsmanship and rewards performance, apply today—we look forward to meeting you!</p>",
