This is an opportunity to influence business outcomes, develop talent, and advance modern finance capabilities within a global organization!&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management</li>\n  <li>Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and asset management</li>\n  <li>Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance</li>\n  <li>Manage and lead the FP&amp;A team and provide guidance to the World Area finance leaders for Appleton Group</li>\n  <li>Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools</li>\n  <li>Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis along with Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports</li>\n  <li>Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives</li>\n  <li>Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes</li>\n  <li>Drive the advancement of business intelligence and intelligent automation initiatives within the Finance function as well as serving as the Finance Champion for BI/IA programs for the overall business</li>\n  <li>Support the Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis<br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Who You Are:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions.
