In this role, you will oversee day-to-day shop operations, develop and coach your team, and drive performance across key business metrics including oil change count, sales, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shop Managers are responsible for creating a positive, high-performing work environment while ensuring every service is delivered according to the Strickland Brothers Way. This role combines team leadership, operational execution, and business management to deliver fast, friendly, and reliable service to our customers.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Strickland Brothers, our Shop Managers are working leaders who actively support service operations alongside their team when needed, including assisting in roles such as greeter, hood technician, or pit technician.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position is paid weekly on an hourly basis, with schedules typically based on a 50-hour workweek. <strong>The pay range shown represents estimated gross earning potential when annualized and includes projected monthly bonus opportunities based on shop performance.</strong> High-performing Shop Managers have opportunities to grow into Certified Training Manager and Area Manager roles.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Team Leadership &amp;
