Then take responsibility for our core HR processes as Team Lead HR Operations and actively support the further development of our people structures.In this key role, you ensure that our HR organization operates efficiently, transparently, and scalably. You serve as the central point of contact for managers regarding HR-related matters and, together with the Head of People & Organization, drive the advancement of modern HR structures, automation, and process optimization. Your tasks with MAXXimum focus Leadership Responsibilities Operational responsibility for HR Operations and HR Administration within the IronMaxx Group  Functional leadership and professional development of the HR Operations team  Prioritization and management of all HR-related matters in day-to-day operations  Close collaboration with the Head of People & Organization on the strategic development of the HR function  Acting as a sparring partner for executives and management on HR-related issues HR Operations & Organization Ensuring efficient, transparent, and legally compliant HR processes across the entire company  Further development and standardization of existing HR processes and structures  Defining clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows within the HR organization  Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization within HR HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Responsibility for HR administration for over 100 employees  Managing and optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes  Ensuring structured management of personnel files and HR documentation  Managing absences, contracts, and administrative HR processes  Developing efficient employee lifecycle management Payroll & HR Controlling Managing collaboration with external payroll service providers Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll  Analyzing personnel costs and relevant HR metrics  Generating HR reports and analyses for management HR Development & Organization Supporting the development of training and career paths for employees  Fostering knowledge transfer and employee development within the company  Further developing feedback, performance, and development processes Operational Excellence Digitizing and automating HR processes  Identifying and eliminating inefficient workflows in daily HR operations  Building scalable HR structures to support our continued company growth Your skillset - as strong as our protein Several years of professional experience in HR operations or HR management  Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll, and HR administration  Experience in managing and optimizing complex HR processes  Experience in HR controlling and reporting  Ideally, initial leadership experience or responsibility for HR projects  Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office  Strong communication and advisory skills when interacting with management  Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style  Hands-on mentality and high resilience in a dynamic environment  Very good German skills and good English skills
